When you look at the sleeve cover, it looks like there’s an apple on the front. They cut a hole in it and the apple is on the cover of the CD booklet. They had some fun with ghosting Ryuk in random places too. Also, the sleeve is made so it feels like a Death Note. It’s got this rough cardboard feel to it!
